Project title: “FIT PIANKA – development and implementation of a globally innovative functional food product”
Tasks: The objective of this project is the implementation of two modules:
– an R module allowing for the development and verification of the recipe for an innovative Fit foam product with functional food characteristics,
– an implementation module consisting of the construction of a new production hall with the necessary technology and the commencement of manufacturing the innovative product – Fit foam in chocolate – based on the conducted R work.
As a result of the project’s implementation, a product dedicated to individuals affected by diet-related diseases, as well as those who practice preventive measures in this area, will be introduced to the market.

The objective of this project is to implement its own new technology, developed as a result of conducted research and development work, introducing new beneficial solutions that were not previously available in alternative solutions, and to commence manufacturing an innovative product – vegan and health-promoting milk foam – based on it.
As a result of the project’s implementation, a significantly improved product will be introduced to the market, fully addressing the growing dietary trends among consumers related to healthy eating.
