Stage 1: APPLICATION ANALYSIS AND CANDIDATE SELECTION
To ensure equal opportunities for all candidates, we review each application in terms of experience, qualifications, and competencies matching the position.
The recruiter and the Department Manager responsible for recruitment jointly select candidates whose profiles best match the company’s current needs.
Candidates who are not selected for the next stage will receive an email thanking them for their application.
Stage 2: INITIAL PHONE SCREENING
The recruiter contacts selected candidates by phone to confirm their interest in cooperation, understand their motivation for changing jobs, and determine their availability and financial expectations.
After this conversation, the recruiter consults again with the Manager, who decides whom they would like to meet in person at our headquarters.
Those who do not qualify for further stages will receive an email thanking them for participating in the recruitment process.
Step 3: INTERVIEW INVITATION
The recruiter calls selected candidates to schedule a 30-40 minute interview at the office. After setting the date, they send an email confirmation with meeting details.

Step 4: OFFICE INTERVIEW
The meeting is an ideal opportunity to learn more about each other, understand mutual expectations and needs, and verify how well they align. It’s also the perfect time to address the most important aspects of potential cooperation.
The meeting may begin with a request to say a few words about yourself. During the conversation, areas concerning previous work experience, education, qualifications, career development plans, motivation, expectations, and key competencies for the position may be discussed.
It’s worth preparing questions for the interview in advance to ensure that all key issues are addressed and thoroughly discussed.

STEP 5: DECISION AND FEEDBACK
After the meetings, the Department Manager summarizes the interviews and makes a decision about hiring the selected candidate(s).
The recruiter presents the offer to the selected candidate by phone. After the conversation, they send an email confirming the offer and information about the formalities related to starting cooperation.
The candidate’s acceptance of the offer marks the end of our recruitment process. Candidates who do not receive an offer are informed about the conclusion of recruitment by phone.

Due to the large number of valuable applications, we often have the pleasure of talking with many competent candidates.
We would like to emphasize that the process of selecting the best candidate is demanding, and the final decision does not always reflect a lack of competence or potential in other candidates.
